Preparation and Usage
For 2-3 persons. Pour 1 cup of water in a large saucepan, add 1 tblsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1/2 tsp. Sea salt and some cracked pepper and bring to boil. Remove from heat. Stir and pour in 1 cup of spelt couscous. Take the pan off the heat, cover, and let the couscous steam for 5 minutes. When you lift the lid, the couscous will appear flat in an even layer. Use a fork to fluff it up and break up the grains for light and fluffy couscous.
