Shipping & Returns

All orders are delivered (including gourmet food delivery) using a third party courier to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and other places in Australia. For this reason we require a signature on delivery and prefer that food/goods be delivered to a business address. Please enter instructions at checkout to request that goods can be safely left. Unfortunately deliveries are not able to be made to post office boxes. In the event that food or goods are not able to be received, costs will be incurred by the purchaser for re-delivery.

Food Delivery & Shipping Prices: Flat shipping rate for metropolitan regions – $15.00 including GST.

Please note: regional areas may incur additional charges. One of our customer service team will contact you before dispatch.

NOTE: All orders which contain perishable products will automatically incur a $12.00 charge for foam packaging and materials.

Freight charges applicable to wholesale accounts apply as per wholesale agreements.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only and no specific times can be guaranteed. We regret no deliveries can be made on weekends or public holidays.

If you have any changes to delivery details once the order has been submitted, we encourage you to call us and speak to a member of our team directly.

During peak periods such as Christmas, Easter and New Year’s delivery times can be delayed.

Sales Tax: We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.

Permission to return and to receive credit: We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 24 hours of receipt. We will issue credit to your account or Credit Card in AUD dollars. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise: We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise.
